Log into your Stinger account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique authorization number.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid return shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
